Securely pack your items in their original NiiHAi packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

Ship It Back

Print your generated return shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
